Product Description
The hot air drying tunnel are widely used in the processing of dehydrated vegetables and fruits, snack food, herbs, chemicals and many other industrial products such as synthetic rubber, polymers and etc. The belt dryer uses air to transfer heat and remove moisture as the product moves through multiple temperature zones on a conveyor bed. By adding rotary feeding device, the evenly spreading can be realized. And as there are no turnovers or drops during drying, the balanced drying can be ensured. With the automatic mixer and scraper feed the materials smoothly to the following process.
Features:
1. This machine is specially designed for drying the color stain or water based solvent.
2. Hot air can flatter the paint film, remove the air bubbles. With the IR heating, can fasten the thinner volatilize, and paint reaction. Shorten the drying time of the paint film, improve the working efficiency.
3. The wall of tunnel adopt double layer heat preservation materials, can keep the heat avoid being exhaust, and save the heating power
4. There is temperature controller for the IR tubes, can controll the heating start and stop, it make inner constant temperature be possible, and can be adjusted. Suitable to different drying purpose
5. The feeding cnveyor is controlled by the inverter, the feeding speed can be adjustable, suitable to different working purpose
6. Exhaust fan can exhaust the air with big moisture from inner tunnel, supply a dry inner tunnel for paint drying
